Industry interaction/internship

As per curricula, in-plant summer training for a period of 6-weeks is mandatory for the final year students of the department for their B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering.
Every year the 7th semester students are sent to various companies across India during May-June for such summer training. After the training, they have to submit a report duly authenticated by the respective companies and have to appear for a viva-voce examination before an external examiner.
