Life Member (LM)
Those who are our passed out
students including B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. Scholars of the Department are
eligible for the category to be Life Member. The senior students who completed
their education from the earlier (before 1977) Applied Chemistry Department are also entitled to become Life Member of the Association.
Associate Member (AM) Those who are well wisher and serving the Department as Faculty member and Staff member in the Department are appropriate to be an Associate Member of the Association.
Honorary Member (HM) The EC may elect any distinguished person,
of high academic stature or with significant contribution,
usually but not necessarily confined to the field of Chemical
Engineering/ Chemical Industries or to the Department of Chemical Engineering,
Calcutta University but who is not eligible to be a member or an Associate,
an Honorary Member of the Association.
